What is an EAP?
An EAP is a confidential, work-based intervention program designed to identify and assist employees and their families in resolving personal problems (i.e. marital, financial, or emotional problems, family issues, substance/alcohol abuse) that may be adversely affecting the employee’s performance.
Creative Resolution Group’s EAP is designed to connect your employees and their family with experienced counseling professionals for assistance with their personal problems. We provide training seminars and workshops customized to fit the needs of your company.

Creative Resolution Group’s staff are specialist, skilled to advocate on your employees behalf and be your company’s gatekeeper for utilization of your behavioral health benefits.
How much does an EAP really save you?
Studies have shown for every dollar invested in an EAP, employers save from $5 to $16. A study published in 2000 by Abbotts Labs showed employees whose mental health care was managed through an EAP showed savings of $2,200 per year vs. those who had not utilized an EAP. Mental health issues account for 61% of absences from work each year. This absenteeism can cost employers as much as $688 per employee per year.
