CHILDREN/ADOLESCENT ANGER MANAGMENT

Adults are not the only ones who experience anger.  More and more children and adolescents are being referred for anger management counseling.

Children and adolescents will sometimes act out angrily when they are experiencing depression.  They do not possess the ability to express their emotions as adults do and do not understand what they are experiencing.  They will usually act out in order to release a negative emotion.
